How do I return an item?

Warranty & Return Policies 

Thunder Horticulture & GrowDen Return & Return Policies. 
Hydroponics Pro (HBS Inc.) honors the exclusive warranty terms and conditions of all Thunder Horticulture and GrowDen products for a grace period of up to (30) days from the initial purchase. 

i. Hydroponics Pro (HBS Inc.) under these exclusive warranty terms will be responsible for all shipping dues until the end of the grace period of (30) days.  

ii. Customers, however, will be responsible for all shipping dues after the stipulated grace period has ended, but Hydroponics Pro will still honor replacement, repairs, and damages of the defected unit(s). 


Return & Warranty Policies of Non-Thunder Horticulture & GrowDen Products
Hydroponics Pro (HBS Inc.) honors a return period of up to (14) days from the initial purchase for all non-Thunder Horticulture and GrowDen products (i.e Hydrofarm, Sunlight, General Hydroponics, GroDan, etc). 

i. Customers will be responsible for the shipping dues related to returning the item(s) back to our main shipping warehouse in Baldwin Park, CA. 

ii.  Hydroponics Pro (HBS Inc.) WILL NOT honor returns or refunds after the (14) day return period. 

iii.  Hydroponics Pro (HBS Inc.) WILL NOT accept returns for Soil(s), Nutrient(s), Rockwool, or any opened package(s). 



How to Return an Item

Returns by Mail/UPS:
All products must be returned in
NEW and UNUSED condition, in original manufacturer boxes and with a copy of your original Packing Slip.

Please Note: ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS on Nutrients, Grow Media, Grow lights, and USED products.

1.     Complete the RETURN FORM

2.     Pack the item securely in the original packaging.

3.     All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We do not accept COD deliveries. Refused packages may be subject to handling fees up to 15%.

4.     For your protection, we recommend that you use FedEx or Insured Parcel Post with a tracking for your return. Ship the return package to:

5.     Keep a copy of the Return Tracking Number until your order payment has been crediting to your account.

6.     You may expect a refund in the same form of payment used for purchase within 7 business days of our receiving your returned order. You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.
